While some contractors didn't want such a small job, Trent said "I'll be there tomorrow to give an estimate". He was well versed in the work to be done and provided a number of products that we could choose from based on our priorities: cost, colors, brand etc. While the project was not terribly large Trent and his team jumped right in once product was available as they were delayed due to these weird Covid times. The porch was taken down on day one, the deck was up on day two and the railings completed on day three ALL WHILE THEY DID THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS AT THE SAME TIME! Yep, we gave Trent a two-fer. He and his team never took a break, not sure if they ate lunch, and everything was completed top to bottom in less than three days...to perfection! I am well known to be very picky and nit-picky when it comes to spending my money. I have zero complaints and very high praises for Quinlan Contracting. Be it inside or out you can feel comfortable hiring them for your construction/remodeling needs. I will be calling them again if/when I need work done. THANK YOU Trent and team!
