Trent Quinlan

Owner/Operator

Trent started Quinlan Contracting in 2020. Prior to starting his own business, he spent years working in residential contracting while earning a degree in Business Management at Franklin University. He joined the Marine Corps at 17, which helped him develop a strong work ethic. This carried into his trade work and his goal of building a company of his own. What began as a small, hands-on operation has grown into a trusted local contracting business serving homeowners throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.

Lead Carpenter

Aiden Rorick

Aiden began working for Quinlan Contracting in 2020. In previous years, he balanced work, his studies at Geneva College, and playing for the school’s basketball team. Carrying multiple responsibilities helped shape his strong work ethic and the disciplined approach he brings to every job. Known for his attention to detail and personable nature, Aiden brings both skill and professionalism to every project he works on.
