Most remodeling horror stories come from the same place: no clear plan, no straight answers, and no one accountable when things go sideways. We built our process to be the opposite. You always know what's happening, what it costs, and who's responsible, because the answer to that last one is always us.
Trent, a veteran, built Quinlan Contracting to be the company he'd want working on his own home. That meant running every project with an in-house crew instead of handing jobs off to whoever was available.
